Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, you must have received your item, and your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be eligible for a return. We may require photo/video proof of the item’s condition before approving a return

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at the CONTACT US page within 14 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and a detailed reason for the return. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the safe return of your item. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during the return process. Additionally, all approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, which will also be deducted from the total refund amount.

Refund Process

Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a reasonable number of days.

Exclusions

Final sale items are not eligible for return or refund. All sales of final sale items are final and non-refundable.
